The Website serves as the official national site for Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Band Fraternity, and Tau Beta Sigma, National Honorary Band Sorority.

3. Member, Chapter, and Volunteer Resources

5. Refunds and Returns
Membership Fees
Membership fees for Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma are non-refundable.
Event Registrations
Event registration fees may be refunded up to the published on-time registration deadline for the applicable event. After the on-time registration deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued, including for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in participation, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing by National Headquarters.
Returns and Replacements
Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma do not typically sell physical products through the Website.
Membership shingles will be replaced at no cost if an error is caused by National Headquarters (including spelling or production errors).
If an error in a membership shingle results from information submitted incorrectly by a chapter or member, replacement shingles may be ordered at the currently listed price.
6. Delivery and Processing
Under ordinary circumstances, please allow 6–8 weeks for the processing and delivery of membership materials and related items.
Delivery timelines may be impacted by extenuating circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to vendor delays, supply chain disruptions, postal or carrier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. National Headquarters will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when possible.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including those used for event registration, payments, employment applications, or external resources.
KKΨ/TΒΣ does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their respective terms and policies.
