VII. National Alumni Association 

7.101 The goal of the National Alumni Association is to promote the ideals set forth in the National Constitution of Tau Beta Sigma; therefore, the Alumni Associations shall not in any way interfere with the local active chapters. 

7.102 All Alumni Associations will fall under the jurisdiction of the National Alumni Association and the Constitution of the National Alumni Association.  The Tau Beta Sigma Board of Trustees has direct authority over the National Alumni Association and its members. 

7.103 Alumni Associations or individual alumni may not utilize the name of the Sorority in any form unless authorized by the National Council and National Alumni Association. 

7.104 A person may not hold active membership in a chapter and an alumni association simultaneously. 

7.105 The six (6) Tau Beta Sigma members of the National Alumni Association Board shall be eligible to vote during the elections for the Board of Trustees at the National Convention.
