Scott Howard

Scott is an 8th Semester Political Science major at the University of Connecticut. He has been a member of the University of Connecticut Marching Band for four years, and served as Section Leader of the Clarinet section for two of them. Also at UConn, Scott has been a member of the Women’s Basketball pep band and the Concert Band. After being initiated into the Gamma Kappa Chapter on April 16, 2005, Scott served one year as Service Chair and another semester as Vice President of Service. Currently, he serves as the Parliamentarian/Sergeant at Arms for the chapter. He is really excited to be selected to serve as your District Parliamentarian for the 2008-2009 year.
