The committee was charged with the following:

• Review all bids for the 1999-2000 Kadenza.
• Slate a publishing school.
• Look into how reminders are sent to chapters.
• Review the Districts allotted reimbursement to the school publishing Kadenza and make recommendations to the Finance/Way and Means Committees.

Discussion was held concerning the Kadenza bid sheet. In order to keep the bid sheet current, the committee recommends the following:

• The Kadenza will be published on the web
• Two hard copies to each chapter & colony
• Two copies to the National Alumni Association
• Two copies to District Alumni Associations
• Remove last years committee charges.

The committee reviewed the $600 allotted reimbursement to the publishing school. The committee recommends that no change be made, but charges next years committee to review this allotment again.

The committee reviewed the method used to send reminders and felt that the current means were adequate.

After questioning the bidding chapters, the Joint Publications Committee slates the Eta and Chi chapters of The Ohio State University to publish the Kadenza for the 1999-2000 year.
