I. Call to Order: 1:03 AM

II. NCD Convention

A. Who do we want to book for speakers?

1. Scott Stowell is definitely coming

2. Jamie Morris – Executive Director of Phi Mu Alpha

B. Jamie Morris

1. Invitation to convention and Honorary Membership needs to happen soon

2. Possible discussion topics for Jamie to speak about?

a) Keeping music in your fraternity

a) Didn’t happen at MER for lack of response

B. VPCM (“Pookie” Osborn filling in for Tucker)

1. New colony at Albion!

2. New colony at Northern Kentucky!

a) First degree will be Wednesday, October 24^th

3. Both colonies could possibly be active within the year

C. VPP

1. Program Packets

a) Currently debating best method to distribute

b) Need to update the programs and redo the format

(1) Send changes to Pete for Policy Handbook

c) Need to create some kind of online format

(1) Pete can help with this

d) Also will have a Binder format

2. Golden Gas Can

a) Going very well

b) People are bringing in plenty of stuff

c) For sanity’s sake, will be very strict about meeting requirements

3. Program-type committee at convention

a) To evaluate current programs

b) For potential new programs

c) For changes to current programs

D. Secretary-Treasurer

1. Fundraising Committee

a) May meet this week at MER

b) Will talk about committee’s usefulness and future

2. Review of financial situation

a) Currently in good shape, no concerns for future

3. Minutes

a) Finished, will be handed out tomorrow

E. Governor

1. Every chapter has dues in

a) Eta Delta was only chapter late

2. Initiate dues that are turned in after June 1^st

a) No longer recognized for our allocation

b) Mike Osborn will try to clear up this situation

3. Moved offices last week, started new full-time job

a) Job going very well

4. Buying a house!

5. Moving December 1^st

a) Move may add confusion to the Fall Activity Report

6. Getting into Michigan Games free by helping with Red Cross
