II. Membership Education Retreat

A. Cincinnati chapters are helping to present

1. Cross-Education Workshop

2. Cincy’s covering “Why”

3. Tucker and Katie are covering “What” and “How”

4. Will cover:

1) What other chapters do

2) What would benefit other chapters

3) What can be done for schools with only one chapter

B. Cincinnati chapters will present their “Joint Ceremony” following MER

III. Next Meeting

A. Weekend of January 5^th

B. Ann Arbor, Michigan – NEW home of Malinda

IV. Communication (The TALK)

A. Let people know what’s going on

B. Schedule your communication

C. Try to communicate once a week

V. Convention

A. Credentials and Resolutions committee

1. New “Host” format

1. Fundraising status: Good shape

2. Will do a new order of “Got J.U.G.S. shirts

1) Order from new location, possibly better prices

2) Costs and profits will now be split between both organizations

B. VPCM & VPM

1. History Book Committee

1) Not enough TBS applicants

2) Extending deadline: December 1^st

(1) Same deadline as Fall Activity Reports

3) First personal meeting will be at Leadership

4) Need a copy of the history book before convention
