The Midwest District Convention is held annually at various chapters throughout the Midwest. Chapters bid for the honor of hosting the Midwest District convention.

2012 Convention - "The Science of Music"
The 2012 hosting chapters are Delta Gamma (ΚΚΨ) and Delta Xi (ΤΒΣ) of Missouri University of Science and Technology. The 2012 convention will be held March 30th to April 1st, 2012, in Rolla, Missouri.
Registration
The host chapters are responsible for creating a registration packet and collecting dues to fund the convention, dinner, and other activities. Please fill out this form and send payment to the host chapters postmarked by February 22nd:

Both District Presidents are working with the host chapter to finalize the convention schedule.

Committee Assignments and Agenda
Once District Presidents have Delegate/Proxy forms, they should select members to be assigned to committees. The District Presidents should use the 2011 minutes (on the Documents page) as a base, and create the agenda for each committee and for the separates and joint sessions.
