Convention Bids due on May 20th. - Posted April 23, 2008

A host chapter for next year was not decided on at Convention. We ended up with a split decision among the delegation. As per the district constitution, chapters have 30 days to submit a bid. The district councils will then vote on the submitted bids. If they do not come to a consensus, the district governors and counselor will choose the convention host.
Any chapter can bid. It is not restricted to those chapters who presented at convention. And if you did present a bid at convention, feel free to change and modify things before you re-submit.

The deadline for submission is Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 11:59 pm. Any submissions after that will be disqualified. Submissions should be emailed to Denali, Prof. Falcone, and Wendy and we will distribute to each council from there.
