Intra-chapter Communication
- Offer a chapter list-serve or other method of mass e-mail communication
- Utilize a phone tree were one member calls two members who each call two members who each call two members, etc. etc.
- Post important updates and information on a chapter bulletin board
- Send a chapter newsletter to Honorary Members and Alumni
- Design a chapter website to post schedules, historic information, and other interesting tidbits
- Provide phone lists to all of the chapter members
- Provide calendars of events on a monthly basis to the chapter members
- Send mid-summer cards to all Active, Conditional, and Inactive members reminding them of upcoming dues payments and Fall Semester events
- Handout active member folders which include the chapter and National constitutions, blank calendars, Parliamentary Procedure information, membership status information, etc.
